ReadyNextOS is an enterprise operating system that combines document management (DMS), CRM, email, invoicing, workflows, calendar, video conferencing, and 14 other modules into one integrated platform. It replaces Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Slack with a single system that runs on your own server.
Yes, ReadyNextOS is modular by design. You can start with just Documents and Cases, then gradually add Invoices, Workflow, Calendar and other modules as your needs grow. Each module works independently but integrates seamlessly with others.
ReadyNextOS uses a hybrid RBAC + ACL permission model. You can define roles with specific permissions, and additionally set access control lists (ACL) down to individual documents. This enables both broad organizational policies and fine-grained access control.
Yes, ReadyNextOS provides a comprehensive REST API for all modules. Built-in integrations include: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, LDAP/Active Directory, SAML/OIDC SSO, Polish KSeF 2.0, e-Doręczenia, ePUAP, and S3-compatible storage. Webhooks enable custom integrations.
ReadyNextOS is on-premise first — you install it on your own server and have full control over your data. A managed cloud option is also available for organizations that prefer not to manage infrastructure themselves.
KSeF 2.0 integration is ready and available now. e-Doręczenia (Polish electronic delivery service) integration is planned for Phase 2 of our roadmap, following the official government timeline for mandatory adoption.
